Ingredients for Sitaphal Milkshake Recipe

  • Custard apples (sitaphal) 3 medium

  • Milk 4 cups

  • Fresh cream 2 tablespoons

  • Sugar 3 teaspoons

  • Ice cubes as required


Step 1

Take out the pulp from custard apples, place in a bowl and remove seeds.

Step 2

Put pulp into a blender jar. Add cream, sugar, milk and ice cubes and blend well till smooth.

Step 3

Pour milkshake into individual tall glasses and serve chilled.
