Grind cookies in a mixer jar and transfer into a bowl.
Add butter, mix well and spread this mixture evenly in a cake tin. Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Whisk cream cheese in another bowl. Add castor sugar and mix well.
Break eggs into the mixture and mix well. Add cream and mix well.
Remove the cake tin from the oven and spread the cream cheese mixture over it. Top with strawberries, place the tin back in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould.
