By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Jul 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients White bread slices, Sesame seeds (til) Cuisine Chinese Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Sesame Gold Coin 8 slices White bread slices 1/2 cup Sesame seeds (til) toasted 1 cup Corn kernels boiled and crushed 3 medium Potatoes boiled and grated 1 medium Green capsicum seeded and chopped 1 medium Onion chopped 4-6 cloves Garlic chopped 2-3 Green chillies seeded and chopped 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 inch piece Ginger chopped 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce to taste Salt 1/2 cup Cornflour/ corn starch to deep fry Oil Method Cut the bread slices into roundels using a steel vati. Take potatoes in a bowl. Add green capsicum, onion, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, crushed corn, white pepper powder, soya sauce and salt and mix well. Spread the mixture on each bread roundel generously. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the potato mixture and press gently. Lightly roll in cornflour.
