Ingredients for Sea Salt Roasted Baby Potatoes Recipe

  • Baby potatoes parboiled with skin and pricked with fork 25-30

  • Sea salt 2 tablespoons

  • Crushed black peppercorns 1/4 teaspoon

  • Crushed red chillies 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic finely chopped 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Mixed herbs 1/2 teaspoon

  • Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon

  • Cherry tomatoes 16-18


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180° C. Mix potatoes, sea salt, crushed peppercorns, crushed red chillies, garlic, herbs and olive oil in a bowl.

Step 2

Transfer marinated potatoes into baking dish.

Step 3

Add cherry tomatoes and place in the preheated oven at and cook for ½ hour. Serve hot.
