Ingredients for Saffron Pannacotta Recipe

  • Saffron 7-8 strand

  • Fresh cream 2 cups

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Gelatin 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Boil milk along with saffron and sugar in a deep pan. Stir continuously till sugar dissolves.

Step 2

Transfer into a bowl and cool. Add cream and mix well. Soften gelatine in four tablespoons of hot water and stir till dissolved. Pass it through a strainer into the milk and mix well.

Step 3

Pour into bowls or glasses. Place them in the refrigerator to set.

Step 4

Sprinkle a few strands of saffron and serve chilled.
