Ingredients list for Red Chilli Garlic Chutney

  • 10 Whole dry red chillies seeded
  • 12 cloves Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • to taste Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder

Method

Soak red chillies in one and a half cups of water for half an hour.

Drain.

Grind the red chillies and garlic cloves with lemon juice to a fine paste. Add a little water if necessary. Add sea salt, cumin powder and mix well.

Use as a topping on bhel puri or any chaat.
