By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer, Capsicum Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Quick Paneer Tikka 500 grams Paneer 2 medium Capsicum 1 inch pieces 3 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Chaat masala For marinade ½ cup Hung yogurt 1 teaspoon Ginger paste 1 teaspoon Garlic paste ½ teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder a pinch Turmeric powder 12 teaspoon Garam masala powder 2-3 tablespoons Fresh cream 1 teaspoon Lemon juice to taste Salt Method Advertisment Cut paneer into one and a half inch squares with half inch thickness. Mix together all the ingredients of the marinade and marinate the paneer cubes in it for about fifteen minutes. Heat oil on a tawa, place the paneer cubes and shallow fry till golden and crisp on the surface. Drain on absorbent paper. Toss the capsicums pieces in the remaining marinade and sauté them in the remaining oil on the tawa for two to three minutes. Place a capsicum piece on each paneer cube and pierce with a toothpick.
