Ingredients list for Quick Bun Pizza
- 2 Burger Buns
- 1 medium Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Dried mixed herbs
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli sauce
- 2 Button mushrooms stalks removed
- Extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon + for drizzling
- 50 grams Mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 Fresh basil leaves
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Cut burger buns into halves and toast them on a non-stick pan from both sides.
- Finely chop tomato and put in a bowl. Add tomato ketchup, mixed herbs and green chilli sauce and mix well.
- Slice mushrooms.
- Add 1 tsp olive oil to the bowl and mix well.
- Spread the tomato mixture onto each half of the toasted bun.
- Slice mozzarella cheese thinly and place on each bun half.
- Place mushroom slices on each bun half.
- Roughly chop basil leaves and put on top of each bun half. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns on top.
- Heat a non-stick pan. Place bun pizzas on top, cover and cook till cheese melts and mushrooms are cooked.
- Drizzle little olive oil on top of each bun pizza and serve hot.
