Ingredients for Pineapple Pop Recipe

  • Pineapple 1/2 inch cubes 1 medium

  • Vanilla Icecream 4 scoops

  • Pineapple Essence 3-4 drops

  • Cashewnut Chikki crushed 100 grams

Method

Step 1

Mix together vanilla ice cream, pineapple cubes, pineapple essence and half of the crushed chikki in a bowl. Freeze for one hour.

Step 2

Remove from the freezer, scoop out in individual bowls and serve garnished with the remaining crushed chikki.
