By Sanjeev Kapoor 28 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pesto sauce, Boneless chicken breasts Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Pesto Chicken Bake ½ cup Pesto sauce 250 grams Boneless chicken breasts sliced 2 medium Tomatoes cut into roundels to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 200 grams Mozzarella cheese cut into roundels to sprinkle Mixed herbs Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a glass baking dish with tomato roundels and sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns over them. Place chicken slices covering the tomato layer and spread pesto on top. Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns over the pesto. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven. Place mozzarella cheese roundels on top covering the pesto layer and sprinkle some mixed dried herbs, crushed peppercorns and salt. Place the dish back into the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
