Ingredients for Peanut Butter, Banana and Flax Smoothie Recipe

  • Peanut butter 2 tablespoons

  • Ripe bananas peeled and sliced  2

  • Flax seeds ground 4 tablespoons

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Honey 2 teaspoons

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Put peanut butter, bananas, flax seeds, milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla essence into a blender jar and blend till smooth.

Step 2

Refrigerate the smoothie for thirty minutes.

Step 3

Pour into individual tall glasses and serve chilled.
