  • Potatoes boiled peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
    3 large
  • Roasted peanuts
    1/2 cup
  • Oil
    1 tablespoon
  • Green chillies slit
  • Cumin seeds
    1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste
    1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste
    1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon
  • Dried mango powder
    1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add green chillies, cumin seeds and peanuts and sauté for a minute.

Step 2

Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add potatoes and toss.

Step 3

Add turmeric powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix again. Serve hot.
