Ingredients for Peach And White Chocolate Cake Recipe

  • Peaches tinned 6

  • White chocolate chopped 100 grams

  • Eggs 3

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Butter 100 grams

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 1/2 cups

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 teaspoon

  • Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

  • Buttermilk 1/2 cup

  • Sugar syrup

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Break eggs into a large bowl and whisk them with a hand blender. Add sugar and blend till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and blend again.

Step 3

Halve each peach and cut each half into 3-4 vertical slices. Melt butter in the microwave oven for 15 seconds.

Step 4

Sieve refined flour, baking powder and baking soda into the egg mixture and mix with a light hand. Add buttermilk and mix lightly. Add melted butter and white chocolate and mix well.

Step 5

Grease a glass oval dish. Pour the batter into it. arrange the peach slices in a decorate manner on top to cover the batter completely.

Step 6

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Take it out of the oven, pour the sugar syrup from the tinned peaches on top and serve.
