Ingredients list for Pasta Omlette
- 1/2 cup Pasta boiled
- 3 Eggs
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons Red capsicum chopped
- 2 tablespoons Yellow capsicum chopped
- 12-15 florets Broccoli
- a pinch Red chilli flakes
- a pinch Oregano
- as required Cheese grated
- as required Tomato ketchup
Method
- Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper powder and whisk well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic, onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, broccoli florets and sauté.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and rotate it to spread the egg mixture evenly. Put the pasta over the mixture.
- Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano, cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or till the egg is cooked.
- Remove the omelette onto a plate, garnish with grated cheese and tomato ketchup and serve hot.
