Black pepper powder
Red capsicum chopped
Yellow capsicum chopped
Red chilli flakes
Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper powder and whisk well. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic, onion, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, broccoli florets and sauté.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and rotate it to spread the egg mixture evenly. Put the pasta over the mixture.
Sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano, cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes or till the egg is cooked.
Remove the omelette onto a plate, garnish with grated cheese and tomato ketchup and serve hot.
