Ingredients for Papdi Chaat Recipe

  • Crisp Puris 20

  • Potatoes thinly sliced, boiled 2 medium

  • Onion finely chopped 1 large

  • Green chutney 2 tablespoons

  • Tamarind chutney 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Sev 4 tablespoons

  • Boondi 1 tablespoon

  • Pomegranate pearls 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Arrange the papdi on a serving dish. Spread potatoes on it neatly, now spread onions on top.

Step 2

Add a dash of tamarind and green chutney on each papdi. Sprinkle lemon juice, roasted cumin powder and rock salt.

Step 3

Top up with sev, boondi, pomegranate pearls and coriander leaves and serve immediately.
