  • Rice boiled
    2 cups
  • Onion chopped
    1 medium
  • Olive oil
    2 tablespoons
  • Carrot cut into thin strips
    1/2 medium
  • Green capsicum deseeded & chopped
    1 medium
  • Red capsicum deseeded & chopped
    1/2 medium
  • Yellow capsicum deseeded & chopped
    1/2 medium
  • Tomato chopped
    1 medium
  • Soy sauce
    1 tablespoon
  • Chilli sauce
    1 teaspoon
  • Spring onion greens chopped
    2 stalks
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

Step 1


Heat olive oil in a pan. Add onion, carrot, green, red and yellow capsicums, tomato, soy sauce, chilli sauce and mix. Add boiled rice and mix. Add spring onion leaves and salt and toss to mix well. Serve immediately.
