Cut the bread slices into circles with the help of a cookie cutter. Break the eggs into a bowl, add carrot, spring onion, milk, cheese, salt and black pepper powder and whisk well.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Place the bread circles on it and pour spoonful of the egg mixture on top of each. Cook, turning sides, till both the sides are evenly done. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
