Noodle And Vegetable Packets Recipe - How to make Noodle And Vegetable Packets

  • Noodles boiled200 grams

  • Carrot sliced1 medium

  • Button mushrooms sliced8-10

  • French beans cut diagonally5-6

  • Broccoli florets 8

  • Spring onions with greens 2-3

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh red chillies cut diagonally2

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Onion chopped1 large

  • Oil 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Step 2

Make an envelope using aluminium foil. Take carrot, mushrooms, French beans, broccoli, spring onions and greens in a bowl. Add noodles, salt, fresh red chillies, lemon juice and onion and mix. Add oil and mix. Put the mixture into the foil envelope and seal the open end well.

Step 3

Place the envelope in the preheated oven and cook for fifteen minutes.

Step 4

Serve hot in the envelope itself.
