Ingredients list for Nariyal Ki Barfi

  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 cup Khoya grated
  • 2-3 tablespoons Desiccated coconut
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 2-3 tablespoons Milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add scraped coconut and sauté till fragrant.Add khoya and mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add milk and sugar free, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.Add desiccated coconut and keep stirring for 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased aluminium tray and spread evenly. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  4. Cut into squares or diamonds and serve.
