By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mutton mince (keema), Refined flour (maida) Cuisine Fusion, , , , Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 1-1.30 hour Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Mutton Rolls 250 grams Mutton mince (keema) ½ cup Refined flour (maida) ½ cup Whole wheat flour (atta) 5 tablespoons Yogurt ? cup Oil ¼ teaspoon Baking soda ¼ teaspoon Salt 1 Egg yolk ¼ cup White sesame seeds ¼ cup black sesame seeds (kale til) 1 tablespoon Olive oil 3-4 Garlic cloves chopped 1 medium Onion finely chopped ½ teaspoon Cumin powder 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped ½ teaspoon Red chilli flakes to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt Method Combine refined flour, wheat flour, yogurt, oil, baking soda and salt in a bowl and knead into a soft dough. To make filling, heat half tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add mutton mince and sauté for one to two minutes. Add some water, mix and cook till the mixture dries. Add garlic, onion and remaining olive oil, mix and cook till the onion turns golden. Add cumin powder and mix well. Add parsley, chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns and salt, mix and cook for two to three minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Preheat oven to 180° C. Divide the dough into eight equal portions. Flatten each portion, stuff with a spoonful of the mutton mixture and seal. Beat egg yolk in another bowl. Brush some egg yolk on top of the rolls, sprinkle white and black sesame seeds on top and place on a baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for twenty-four to twenty-five minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
