Ingredients for Mushroom Melba Recipe

  • Button Mushroom sliced 12

  • French Loaf 1

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Garlic 2 cloves

  • Green chillies 2

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cream 2 tablespoons

  • Grated cheese 2 tablespoons


Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Slice onion and add. Slice garlic, and add and sauté. Chop green chillies and add along with mushrooms and salt and cook.

Step 2

Slice bread thinly and toast in the oven at a low temperature until crisp. Add pepper powder, green chillies, cream and cheese and mix.

Step 3

Arrange the toasts on a serving platter, spread the mushroom mixture in the centre and serve immediately.
