Ingredients list for Muesli with Chia Seeds

  • 1 1/2 cups Muesli
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (sabja / takmaria)
  • 1 cup Apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • dried berries (cranberries, raspberries and strawberries) 2 -3 tbsps + for serving
  • 4 tablespoons Roasted walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup Slivered almonds
  • for garnishing Sliced pistachio

Method

  1. Soak chia seeds in yogurt overnight. Soak oats in apple juice for 15 minutes.
  2. Put soaked chia seeds with yogurt in a bowl, add honey, soaked oats with apple juice and mix well. Add dried berries and mix well.
  3. Place some of the berries in 4 shot glasses, pour some yogurt mixture over it. Add walnuts, almond slivers and remaining yogurt mixture, garnish with pistachios and serve immediately.
