Ingredients for Muesli with Chia Seeds Recipe

  • Muesli 1 1/2 cups

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Chia seeds (sabja / takmaria) 1 tablespoon

  • Apple juice 1 cup

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • dried berries (cranberries, raspberries and strawberries) 2 -3 tbsps + for serving

  • Roasted walnuts chopped 4 tablespoons

  • Slivered almonds 1/4 cup

  • Sliced pistachio for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Soak chia seeds in yogurt overnight. Soak oats in apple juice for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Put soaked chia seeds with yogurt in a bowl, add honey, soaked oats with apple juice and mix well. Add dried berries and mix well.

Step 3

Place some of the berries in 4 shot glasses, pour some yogurt mixture over it. Add walnuts, almond slivers and remaining yogurt mixture, garnish with pistachios and serve immediately.
