Ingredients list for Moong Dal Seero
- 1 cup Split green gram skinless soaked
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 5 cup Milk
Method
- Drain the water and grind the dal coarsely with little water. Heat ghee in a heavy bottom vessel and sauté the dal till it turns golden brown in colour.
- Add milk and green cardamom powder and cook till the milk dries up. Add sugar and cook till sugar gets dissolved. Garnish with sliced almonds.
