Place sugar with four cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil till sugar dissolves.
Strain and allow to cool.
Add this water to the whole wheat flour and knead to a soft dough.
Divide the dough into four equal portions and roll out into a thick chapatti. Heat a tawa.
Put ghee on tawa and roast the lolo for five to seven minutes or until golden brown on both the sides.
Use half the amount of ghee to roast all the lolos.
Remove from the tawa and put the remaining ghee flipping sides once.
