Ingredients list for Masala Chilli Cheese Toast
- 8 slices Brown bread slices
- 1 cup Processed cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 medium Green capsicum seeded and chopped
- 4-6 Green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
- 1 medium Red capsicum cut into thin strips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 C.
- Take cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add onion, green capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix.
- Spread this mixture over the brown bread slices.
- Place red capsicum strips over the filling.
- Place the bread in the preheated oven and cook till the cheese begins to melt.
- Cut into triangles and serve hot.
