Ingredients for Masala Chilli Cheese Toast Recipe

  • Brown bread slices 8 slices

  • Processed cheese grated 1 cup

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 1/2 cup

  • Onion chopped 1 medium

  • Green capsicum seeded and chopped 1 medium

  • Green chillies chopped 4-6

  • Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoons

  • Red capsicum cut into thin strips 1 medium


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C.

Step 2

Take cheese and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add onion, green capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves and mix.

Step 3

Spread this mixture over the brown bread slices. Place red capsicum strips over the filling. Place the bread in the preheated oven and cook till the cheese begins to melt.

Step 4

Cut into triangles and serve hot.
