By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw mango, Fish fillets Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Mango Fish Kababs 1 Raw mango peeled and cut into small pieces 400 grams Fish fillets cut into 1 inch pieces 6-8 Garlic cloves 2-3 Green chillies broken ½ teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns ½ teaspoon Sugar for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped, 1 cup + Juice of 1 lemon to taste Salt 2-3 tablespoons Oil Method Advertisment To make the marinade, grind together the raw mango, garlic, green chillies, crushed peppercorns, sugar, coriander leaves and lemon juice with a little water and transfer into a bowl. Add the fish and salt and set aside to marinate for thirty minutes. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Skewer the fish pieces onto satay sticks and place the sticks in the pan. Cook, rotating the sticks, so that the fish gets cooked evenly all around. Serve hot.
