Ingredients for Mango And Blueberry Crumble Recipe

  • Ripe mangoes 3

  • Blueberry jam 8 teaspoons

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

  • Butter cut into cubes chilled 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 2 teaspoons

  • Almonds sliced 8-10


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and cut mangoes into small cubes and put them into a bowl. Take the refined flour in another bowl, add butter and rub it in with finger tips till it resembles breadcrumbs. Add sugar and mix.

Step 2

Add almonds and mix well. Put the mango cubes into 4 individual bowls, top with 2 tsps of blueberry jam in each bowl. Put the flour mixture on top and bake in the preheated oven till a golden brown crust forms on top. Serve.
