Ingredients for Lobster Bar-Be-Que Recipe

  • Lobsters 4

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 4 tablespoons

  • Black pepper powder 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

De-vein the lobsters and wash them thoroughly.

Step 2

Marinade them in salt, garlic, oil and pepper powder for atleast half an hour. Skewer them and cook over the grill. Serve hot.
