This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Lasagne sheets, Tomato sauce Cuisine Italian Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Lightning Lasagne 6-8 Lasagne sheets to taste Tomato sauce 1 Green capsicum 8-10 Fresh button mushrooms sliced 2 tablespoons Olive oil 1 bottle Tomato sauce 1 1/2 cups White sauce 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 Red capsicum cut into small cubes 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped Method Heat plenty of water in a deep non stick pan. Add salt and add lasagne sheets. Cook till al dente and drain. Preheat oven to 200?C. Cut green capsicum roughly and put into a chopper jar. Add mushrooms and crush roughly. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan, add capsicum-mushroom and sauté till they sweat. Add tomato and basil pasta sauce and mix well. Add a little salt and mix well. Drain the lasagne sheets and refresh in cold water. Spread ½ cup white sauce at the base of a baking dish. Place a couple of lasagne sheets over it. Spread some of the sauce and cover with a couple of lasagne sheets. Repeat these layers till all the lasagne sheets and sauce are used up ending with lasagne layer. Spread the remaining white sauce and top it with processed cheese followed by parmesan cheese Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Let it remain in the oven for some time. Garnish with red capsicum and parsley and serve hot.
