Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breasts 4

  • Garlic sliced 4 cloves

  • Ginger finely chopped 1 1/2 inch piece

  • Lemon rind grated 1 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 3 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Fresh red chillies thinly sliced 2

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Using a sharp knife make some slits on each chicken breast. `

Step 2

Mix together garlic, ginger, lemon rind, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, chillies, coriander leaves and salt. Pour this over the chicken. Set aside for two hours. Heat the Grill Pan. Place chicken in it and cook, turning sides, for ten minutes or till evenly done on both the sides.

Step 3

Serve hot.
