Ingredients for Lasooni Gobhi Matar Recipe

  • Garlic chopped 3 tablespoons

  • Cauliflower separated into small florets 1 medium

  • Green peas boiled 1 cup

  • Oil 1 teaspoon

  • Ginger thin strips 1 teaspoon

  • Onions sliced 4 medium

  • Red chilli powder (deghi mirch) 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic fried 5-8 cloves


Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan; add ginger and garlic and sauté till garlic turns golden. Add onions and sauté for a while.

Step 2

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, mix well and sauté for a while. Add cauliflower and green peas and toss to mix. Add salt and mix well.

Step 3

Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for four to five minutes. Serve hot garnished coriander leaves and fried garlic.
