By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Spinach leaves (palak), Mozzarella cheese Cuisine Italian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Lasagna Rolls ½ small bunches Spinach leaves (palak) blanched and chopped ½ cup Mozzarella cheese grated 2-3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated 4 lasagna sheets blanched 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns ¼ cup Ricotta cheese as required Tomato sauce readymade Method Preheat oven to 180º C. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add spinach and mix. Add salt, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add crushed peppercorns, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and cool. Add ricotta cheese and mix. Fill a piping bag with spinach-cheese mixture. Place each lasagna sheet on the worktop and cut into half horizontally. Pipe out spinach-cheese mixture on each strip, spread and roll. Line a glass baking tray with lasagna rolls and spread some tomato sauce on top. Put mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top. Put the dish on a baking tray, place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
