Ingredients for Kid Friendly Muffins

  • Whole wheat flour (atta) 2 cups

  • Soya flour 2 1/2 tablespoons

  • Baking soda 1 teaspoon

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

  • Unsalted butter softened 1/4 cup

  • Brown sugar 1/3 cup

  • Honey 2 1/2 tablespoons

  • Egg 1

  • Mixed vegetables oughly chopped (like sweet potato, green peas, car 3 cups

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin mould with oil or line with butter paper. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended

Step 2

Fill each muffin mould full with batter. Keep in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes to till a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

Step 3

Cool partially in the mould then remove and cool on a wire rack. Store half in an air tight container. Freeze the other half and heat in a microwave before serving.

How to make Kid Friendly Muffins

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin mould with oil or line with butter paper. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer until well blended
