Khumb Baby Corn Hara Pyaaz Mushrooms and spring onions - a wonderful combination and a delicious dish This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Button Mushrooms, Babycorns Cuisine Punjabi Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Khumb Baby Corn Hara Pyaaz 40 Button Mushrooms quartered 10 Babycorns diagonally sliced 5 stalks Spring onion greens chopped 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 4-5 Cloves 2 medium Onions chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 cup Tomato puree to taste Salt a few sprigs Fresh coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder Method Heat a non stick pan, add cumin seeds and cloves and roast till fragrant. Add onions and roast on medium heat, stirring continuously till golden. Add ¼ cup water, ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, tomato puree and mix well. Add babycorns and mushrooms and mix. Add 1 cup water and mix. Add salt, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Chop spring onion greens and add to the pan and mix. Chop coriander leaves and add and mix. Add garam masala powder and mix. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
