Split green gram skinless (dhuli moong dal)
Cauliflower cut into florets
Carrot cut into 1 cm pieces
French beans cut into diamonds
Dry roast the moong dal till light brown. Remove and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add bay laef, green chillies and saute for a minute.
Add cauliflower, carrot, french beans, potatoes, tomatoes and saute for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, salt, sugar and half cup water and cook till vegetables are tender.
