This is one grain that is about 98% percent digestible. Ingredients

  • Rice rawa (idli rawa) 2 cups

  • Coconut milk 1 cup

  • Jaggery (gur) grated 1 cup

  • Coconut scraped 1/2 cup

  • Peanuts 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Cook rice rawa in two cups of water or combination of one cup of water and one cup of coconut milk till nearly done.

Step 2

Add grated jaggery and cook till thick. Add scraped coconut and coarsely powdered peanuts. Mix well.
