Ingredients for Khajur Halwa

  • Dates deseeded & chopped 500 grams

  • Condensed milk 400 grams

  • Pure ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Refined flour (maida) 2 tablespoons

  • Silver warq a few

Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in a kadai. Add refined flour and sauté for a minute. Add half a cup of water, chopped dates and condensed milk. Mix well.

Step 2

Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
