Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breasts 400 grams

  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Green chillies chopped4

  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 1 cup

  • Gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup

  • Eggs 4

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped1/2 bunch

  • Butter 2 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Cut chicken breast pieces into two-inch cubes. Wash and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, salt, chopped green chillies and garam masala powder for half an hour.
