Ingredients for Kachche Kele Ki Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • Raw bananas 4 medium

  • Pav

  • Green peas shelled 1/4 cup

  • Butter 6 tablespoons

  • Cauliflower grated 1/4 small

  • Ginger paste 1 tablespoon

  • Green chillies finely chopped 3-4

  • Tomatoes finely chopped 6 medium

  • Pav bhaji masala 6 tablespoons

  • Green capsicum finely chopped 1 medium

  • Salt to taste

  • Pav 8

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Boil, cool, peel and mash raw bananas. Boil green peas in salted water till soft, drain, mash lightly.

Step 2

Heat three tablespoons of butter in a pan, add grated cauliflower and stir-fry for a minute. Add mashed bananas and stir. Add ginger paste, green chillies and tomatoes and mix.

Step 3

Add half a cup of water and cook on low heat for eight to ten minutes.
