  • Pineapple juice
    3 cups
  • Sugarcane juice
    1 cup
  • Ginger juice
    a few drops
  • Pineapple chopped
    1/2 cup
  • Fresh mint leaves chopped
    1 tablespoon
  • Rock salt (sendha namak)
    to taste
  • Crushed ice
    as required
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Method

Step 1


Transfer into a jug. Add chopped pineapple, fresh mint. leaves and rock salt and mix well.Pour into tall glasses. Top it up with crushed ice. Serve garnished with fresh mint. -
