  • Corn kernels boiled
    2 cups
  • Red chilli flakes
    1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli chopped
    1
  • Lemon juice
    1 tablespoon
  • Green capsicum chopped
    1 small
  • Red capsicum chopped
    1 small
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black peppercorns crushed
    3-4
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1


Heat a non-stick pan. Add boiled corn kernels, red chilli flakes, green chilli and cook for a minute. Add lemon juice, green capsicum, red capsicum and salt.

Step 2


Cover the pan and allow them to soften for about two minutes. Mix well. Add crushed peppercorns and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
