Place the chicken drumsticks in a bowl. Add crushed garlic, salt, mustard powder, dark soy sauce, lemon juice, crushed red chillies and mix together with your hands. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate for one hour.
Heat the butter and oil in a non stick pan on medium heat. Place the chicken drumsticks in single layer. Add half a cup of water, cover and cook till the chicken is done. Add honey and stir. Cook on high heat so that most of the moisture evaporates and the sauce covers the drumsticks. Serve warm.
