  • Mixed sprouts boiled
    2 cups
  • Chickpeas (kabuli chana) soaked and boiled
    1 cup
  • Onion finely chopped
    1 medium
  • Green capsicum finely chopped
    1 medium
  • Tomato finely chopped
    1 medium
  • Potato boiled, peeled and cut into small pieces
    1 medium
  • Green chillies finely chopped
    3
  • Lemon juice
    2 tablespoons
  • Chaat masala
    2 teaspoons
  • Dry mango powder (amchur)
    1 teaspoon
  • Black salt (kala namak)
    to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped
    2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1


In a large bowl mix together mixed sprouts, chickpeas, onion, green capsicum, tomato, potato, green chillies, lemon juice, chaat masala, dried mango powder and black salt and mix well.

Step 2


Serve the chaat garnished with coriander leaves.
