This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Dec 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Garlic, Spinach Cuisine Fusion Course Soups Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Garlic Spinach And Chickpea Soup 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped 2 bunches Spinach roughly chopped 2 cups Chickpeas (kabuli chana) cooked 1 tablespoon Oil 1 medium Onion to taste Sea salt 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 2 cups Vegetable stock Method Heat oil in a non stick pan. Slice onion and add and saute. Crush garlic cloves and add and saute for ½ minute. Add spinach, sea salt, cumin powder and chickpeas and saute for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup vegetable stock and cook for 2 minutes. Strain into a bowl. Cool the solids and grind in a mixer with the remaining cold vegetable stock. Pour into the pan. Rinse the mixer jar with strained stock and add to the pan and mix well. Heat till it just comes to a boil. Serve piping hot.
