Hang yogurt for fifteen to twenty minutes in a muslin cloth. Remove and whisk it till smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Add the dry fruit chikki and mix. Stir in honey, leaving a marbled effect. Cut your selection of fruits into wedges or bite-sized pieces. Arrange on a platter with a bowl of dip in the centre.
