Ingredients for Frosted Nuts Recipe

  • Roasted almonds 1 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Icing sugar 2 cups


Step 1

Preheat oven at 180°C.

Step 2

Combine sugar with ½ cup water in a non-stick pan and place it on heat. Cook till a thick sugar syrup is formed.

Step 3

Spread the nuts on a baking tray and pour the sugar syrup on top. Mix well.

Step 4

Dust icing sugar on top with the help of a sieve and mix the nuts with the help of a scraper.

Step 5

Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 1-2 hours.

Step 6

Remove from heat and cool for 30-40 minutes.
