A traditional mayonnaise is made with the main ingredients of egg yolk and oil, but this recipe teaches you to make it completely vegetarian. Eggs have been replaced with cream in this recipe to give you a delicious creamy mayonnaise that even pure vegetarians can enjoy.

Ingredients for Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe

  • Cream 1/4 cup

  • Mustard paste 1/4 teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoons

  • Oil 3/4 cup

Method

Step 1

Whip the cream, mustard paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a clean dry bowl.

Step 2

Add oil little by little, whisking continuously. Repeat the procedure till all the oil is incorporated. Serve as a dip or use as a sandwich spread.
