Ingredients for Dabeli Masala Recipe

  • Black cardamoms 1 tablespoon

  • Kashmiri Red Chillies 2

  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 tablespoons

  • Cumin seeds 2 1/2 teaspoons

  • Coriander powder 3 tablespoons

  • Cinnamon 10 inch piece

  • Cloves 2 1/2 teaspoons

  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Black peppercorns 1 teaspoon


Step 1

Dry roast all the ingredients except oil and grind to a fine powder.

Step 2

Mix the ground masala and oil to form a thick paste. Use as required.
