1. Boil noodles in plenty of water till just done. Drain well and spread on a plate so that all the noodles are separate.
2. Heat plenty of oil in a wok. Deep fry the noodles till golden and crisp.
3. Heat honey in non stick pan. Place the noodles in a serving plate and break them slightly. Pour the hot honey over them.
4. Roll fast, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
