Ingredients for Daarsaan Recipe

  • Flat noodles 200 grams

  • Oil to deep fry

  • Honey 1/2 cup

  • Sesame seeds (til) toasted 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Boil noodles in plenty of water till just done. Drain well and spread on a plate so that all the noodles are separate.

Step 2

Heat plenty of oil in a wok. Deep fry the noodles till golden and crisp.

Step 3

Heat honey in non stick pan. Place the noodles in a serving plate and break them slightly. Pour the hot honey over them.

Step 4

Roll fast, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve immediately.
