Ingredients list for Cucumber Icecream
- 1 cup Cucumber juice
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Method
- Mix powdered sugar and cucumber juice and stir till the sugar is completely dissolved. Add lemon juice and stir.
- Add honey and cream and whisk the mixture till soft peaks form. Spoon the mixture into a plastic container with a tight fitting lid.
- Freeze overnight or till well set. Scoop out into individual bowls and serve decorated with a mint sprig.
